Clinical Spa Programs

The Tuscan Hills in Italy have some of the magic of the Himalayas and therefore, Castel Monastero, is ideally suited for enhancing health and wellbeing with Dr Alì’s techniques.

Dr. Ali himself will be on hand every weekend together with a team of doctors whom he has trained personally, who will guide guests through their treatment programs.

There are three programmes offered at Castel Monastero spa (all of which last for one week, one weekend or 3 weekdays):

• Detox Program - for problems concerning toxin overload.
• Slimming Program - for obesity issues and subsequent problems with posture, joints, circulatory and cardiac issues.
• Lifestyle (Revitalising) Program - designed for those who feel the need to recover lost energy through a revitalising, stimulating treatment.

Each Program includes an initial medical check-up to evaluate the patient’s state of health and define the personalised nutritional programme to follow. The other meetings with a doctor are for checking how the treatment is progressing and the results achieved.

Dietary Menus
All the dietary menus in the programme have been designed and developed by Dr. Ali together with internationally renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, who also created the menu of the Contrada restaurant for Castel Monastero, cooked by chef Fabrizio Peruzzi.

Guests taking part in Dr. Ali’s special programmes for Castel Monastero will benefit from a reserved area within the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner in order to receive suitable dishes, which are purposely different to those eaten by guests not following treatments, and will be taken care of by serving staff trained to meet the needs of guests undergoing treatment.
